CH Dance’s Terms and Conditions aim to present a fair sustainable structure to all.

We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.

  • A registration form must be completed for all students upon joining CH Dance - see form at the bottom of this page.

  • Fees are payable half termly and are due in full on the first day of each half term to reserve your place in the class

  • If fees are not paid on time, a text reminder will be sent

  • Fees are based on how many weeks in each half term.

  • CHDance will send out text reminders within the last two weeks of the previous half term for the upcoming term.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if your child misses a class.

  • Should any pupil wish to leave the school, refunds for any unused classes will not be given.

  • A new student may take a trial class for a one-off payment. Should the student then decide to join the class, they must pay the remaining balance for the half term.

  • Occasionally, it is necessary to temporarily change the venue of a class. Where this occurs CH Dance will notify parents by text.

  • If the regular teacher is unable to teach a class we will do our best to provide a substitute teacher.  If it is not possible to find a substitute, the class will have to be cancelled and you will be informed by text. In this case fees will be subtracted from the forthcoming half term fees.
